The Foot Shop is only shipping orders to Australia at this stage. Our aim is to deliver your goods to you promptly. Please allow approximately 2-14 working days for Australian orders from your order confirmation and approval receipt. If items are on back order you will be notified by email. The Foot Shop uses Australia Post for all deliveries. A postage and handling fee of $9.95 for Australia will apply to each delivery received under $100. Make sure someone is able to sign for your goods when they are delivered, if no one is available the goods will be re directed to your closest Post Office for collection. If you have not received your order within the days specified contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to include your full name and order confirmation number as shown on your confirmation email received from us at the time of purchase.
Terms & Conditions of Free Shipping Offer: Free ground shipping via Australia Post is available for online orders of at least $100 that go to a single Australian address. This offer applies to Australian ground delivery only. Maximum weight of anyone piece, or the entire order cannot exceed 5kgs on orders under $999 Orders containing a combination of eligible and non-eligible items will be charged shipping for only the non-eligible items. Cannot be applied to previous purchases. Applies to shipments within Australia only. For customer outside of Australia we will still try to offer a cost savings. Please place your order online, make a note in the comments box, or contact the sales department. Orders will be held for full shipment. Multiple shipments may be made only upon request & management approval. This promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special quotation or discount offers. Charges for Special Delivery, Saturday Delivery or any other additional special service requested will be at an additional fee to the customer. Returns & Replacements
Returns Policy (Online Purchases Only) We at The Foot Shop are confident you will be happy with your purchase, however if you require an exchange or refund then please read the following for more information; We are happy to accept exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods There are two ways to return goods to back to The Foot shop. They are 1) via Postal to "The Foot Shop by Podantics" 5/348 Unley Rd Hyde Park SA 5061 or 2) Via your closest Podantics Podiatry Clinic in South Australia. With this return we ask that you include a copy of the receipt (this receipt is always atatched to the exchange/return form that was that was received with your goods), this information helps us process the return in a timely manner. All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, this means all packaging and labels must be attached If returning online you are responsible for the associated costs to return the goods back to us, we do recommend that you use the registered post option as The Foot Shop will not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send them via non registered mail. Please allow up to 4 weeks for exchanges and refunds to be received and processed. Postage charges on returns are not refundable
Exchanges (Online Purchases Only) If the cost of item is over $100 The Foot Shop is happy to exchange your goods for another item without charging for a second delivery however if the item is under $100 a postage and handling fee of $9.95 will apply. All additional exchanges will incur postage costs paid by you. Please note that if your item bought is a SALE or discontinued item there may be a chance that we cannot fulfill your exchange however you may chose another item of the same value or we will refund if this is unsuitable.
