Plantar Fasciits; The most common cause of heel pain

Plantar fasciits is a very common cause of heel pain. With no externally visible features to highlight the condition, the pain can usually be located when pressure is applied under the heel. 

Over use and excessive pronation (flat feet or rolling in of your feet when you walk) can cause inflammation in the plantar fascia ligament which runs along the bottom of the foot especially when tears occur in the tissue.

Plantar fasciitis is most painful in the mornings as the plantar fascia tightens during the night while we are sleep. However pain at the end of the day is also very common. more.....
